Welcome to the Dodge County Register of Deeds Office. We are pleased to offer in the year 2008, the latest in technology for your information and convenience. Our recording system makes available either in our office or on the Internet the grantor/grantee index back to April 1, 1987, real estate tract information dating back to February 1, 1998 and images dating back to April 1, 1987. All other recordings including our first available recording from 1877 can be accessed either by our manual books or microfilm.

As in the past, we will continue to provide the citizens of Dodge County the finest service possible. To ensure that we stay on the leading edge in our field, we continually make changes and encourage your participation. We welcome your suggestions and comments and look forward to hearing from you.

Search for Federal Tax Lien Notices using the Grantor/ee name search effective 1/3/2020.

Self-registration is available; see Register below. By self-registering you will be able to search our grantor/ee, tract indexes and view & print (purchase) document images by credit card.

Our computerized legal description tract index begins on 02/01/1998.

All of our Tract Books are available for searching by clicking on the "Tract" tab. The tract books date from 1877 to March 17, 1999.
